Matt Radcliffe is a marketing strategist, an award-winning graphic designer and president of Springs Ensemble Theatre (SET). Matt is an Eagle Scout and served in the Army, earning a Bronze Star Medal for meritorious service. Since departing the army, Matt has earned an Associates Degree in Multimedia Graphic Design from Pikes Peak State College and Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He currently works for Pikes Peak State College as their Digital Strategy Manager and has gone back to UCCS to complete his MBA. Over the past eight years he has produced, directed, acted and/or designed in over 40 plays for SET and about a dozen more amongst just about every other theatre company in Colorado Springs.

In 2016 he was nominated for a Colorado Henry award for directing The Elephant Man at SET and in 2022 he was nominated for a Colorado Henry award for best supporting actor as Dr. Aster in Life Sucks at SET.
