Singer-Songwriter || Ebony De La Cruz aka E. De La, a Colorado Springs native, has had a passion for touching the lives of people through her music since childhood, singing in her church home choir. At 15 yrs old, she began growing into her own artistry, as a soloist and writing her own songs. E. De La enjoys singing at church, talent shows, sport events, open mic nights, celebrity concerts, local events, weddings and karaoke. Of her musical accomplishments, E. De La says she is more so touched by each experience and receives her greatest satisfaction by connecting w/ people on an emotional level. “I like to make it personal for them, that’s why I write & sing the types of music I do; I believe music heals the heart & soul,” she says. E. De La shares appreciation for many genres, though her individual style is a cross between an R&B/Neo-Soul w/ a slightly contemporary vibe. E. De La comes from a family of musically talented persons and feels as though, for her, it just comes naturally!

Hi, I’m James Flowers, Founder and CEO of DJ Shield. I am a Veteran-owned business, with over two decades in music. I make sure that we are on time and professional, always. I have been the DJ for hundreds of weddings, birthdays, and various events throughout Colorado. I take time to speak with my clients and get a full understanding of their wants and requirements. Our top priority is the vibe and providing excitement to the event. I play all clean music, I have full access to all military installations, I’m retired veteran(who knows how the military events show go), I am a MC that engages with the crowd and keeps the energy level high.
