Our New 10-Year Cultural Plan

Arts Vision 2030, the new 10-year cultural plan for the Pikes Peak region, will be released as one of the finale events of Arts Month 2021 on Wednesday, October 27 from 5-6PM. Join us for this celebratory moment for our creative community and its diverse partners, and be one of the first to experience the new vision for our region’s exciting decade ahead! The event is free and open to the public, and no RSVP is necessary. The wearing of masks by attendees is encouraged.

  • 5-5:30PM Pick up your copy of the Arts Vision 2030 Cultural Plan for the Pikes Peak region, and mix and mingle with local community leaders and creatives. Cash bar and appetizers will be available for purchase from The Gold Room.
  • 5:30-6PM The formal program will include a live presentation of the Arts Vision 2030 Declarations, a performance of the new poem “The Time is Now” by Ashley Cornelius (the new Pikes Peak Poet Laureate and Arts Vision 2030 Steering Committee member), and remarks by the project leadership team, including a special announcement about implementation of the Plan in the months ahead.

The formal program will be live-streamed starting at 5:30PM on the Cultural Office’s YouTube channel and Facebook page, thanks to the support of BornesPro Media.
